Delivery Details

Orders:

Thank you for choosing Swimdress Boutique! All orders received prior to 1pm GMT will be processed and despatched the same day.

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, please keep your underwear on when trying garments on. Items are sold with a removable hygiene label in the gusset. Please don’t remove this until you are sure that you are keeping your order.

Under the distance selling regulations you have 7 days in which to cancel your order without question. As your order may have already despatched, you will need to return your item/s for a refund

Shipping & Delivery

Postage:

Orders under £30.00 in the UK are sent out by 2nd class delivery using Royal Mail. Most items arrive within 3-4 business days. If you need your item sooner, please contact me at Liz@swimdressboutique.com and I will post out 1st class for you. Orders over £30.00 will be sent via a tracked service and will be posted 1st class.

Overseas Postage:

Orders under £50.00 will be sent via standard Airmail packages, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, although in practice, most items will arrive within 8 days (10-15 days for Australia)

Items over £50.00 will be sent via a tracked service and will have priority despatch.

Items Not Received:

Firstly, sorry that you’ve not got your item, we know how disappointing this is, but there’s a couple of things you can do while you wait:

  • Check with your local collection depot. Often our packages are too big to go through your letterbox and will be taken back to your Royal Mail collection office. Normally the post person will leave a ‘sorry you were out card’ but this doesn’t always happen.
  • Check with your neighbours – sometimes they will take in your parcels but will rely on you to pick them up!
  • Be patient; Royal Mail only considers that items have gone missing after 15 business days have passed. Please feel free to contact us during that time but you will need to wait until the 3 weeks have passed before making a formal claim – Sorry!
  • If after following steps 1-3 above and you are still without your item, please contact us again and we will send out another replacement item to you

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Swimdress Boutique is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Return Policy

Returns:

Here at Swimdress Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your item/s. If you change your mind, it doesn’t fit well or you have other issues with our swimwear, you can return it to us (within 14 days of receipt) complete with all tags and hygiene labels attached for a full refund (excluding any postage costs). Items that are returned must be in the same condition they were sold.
