Returns Policy

Here at Swimdress Boutique, we want you to LOVE your item!  If, for any reason you are not happy with it, please contact us to arrange a return and exchange/refund.

Returns:


All returns must be clearly labelled with your full name and address and a reason for returning.  We will accept returns in accordance with your statutory rights within 28 days if your item is faulty or if the item doesn't fit.   Please ensure that items are returned in an clean, unworn condition with all tags and hygiene labels attached.  Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, please keep all underwear on whilst trying on your garments and only remove hygiene labels once you are sure you are keeping your garments.  Items that are sent back which don't meet this criteria will unfortunately not be refunded and will be returned to you.

Exchanges:

Please contact us to let us know which item you are returning and which product you would like to exchange it for.  Please ensure that items are returned in an clean, unworn condition with all tags and hygiene labels attached.  Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, please keep all underwear on whilst trying on your garments and only remove hygiene labels once you are sure you are keeping your garments.

Refunds:

Refunds will be credited back to the payment method supplied and will be for the cost of the item less the cost of sending it to you (postage and packaging).  If you would prefer to receive a credit note/voucher, then please mention this when you send the item back and your account will be credited for you to spend at a later date.

Postage costs are to be met by the buyer at all times, this does not affect your statutory rights.

International Returns and Exchange Policy

 

Items dispatched outside the United Kingdom and inside the E.U may, at our discretion, be refunded provided that returned items have not been used and are returned to us with their original packing with any tags attached "as new" within 28 days of the date of dispatch. Should you require an alternative item please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the alternative. You are responsible for the original shipping/customs costs and the return ones associated with returning items.

It is important that any customs declaration shows that 1) items are being returned and 2) that the value of items is £0 - failure to do this may result in any subsequent customs charges being deducted from your refund.
